Mr. K. Saju has around two decades of experience in the field of Computer Networks & Server Administration, Hardware and Operating Systems. He has earned his Master’s in Computer Science from Annamalai University, Chidambaram and also holds a Cisco CCNA certification. His area of experience includes installing and configuration of switches & hubs, implementation of UTP cable networks, troubleshooting network traffic configuration, identifying fault, Ethernet cards, configuring network protocol, implement and manage IP addressing, TCP/IP addressing on server and services based on the users’ requirements, planned network setup and network diagram for laying cables. He has varied experience in multinational companies including ITES and software industry, academic institutes, etc., where he establishes and manages real-time operations including Cloud Services, VPN, Servers, Routers, Firewall and System logs. Besides being a technocrat, he also frequently engages in societal development activities including serving in the numerous programmes organized by National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (NFED), Coimbatore. At present, he is the Director of Kosar Infotech Pvt. Ltd., Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. He is also serving as the Trustee / Presidium Member of NFED Trust, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Ms. B. Pavalaselvi earned her post-graduation in Mathematics from Annamalai University and Bachelor’s in education in Hindi and Mathematics from Allahabad University and Indira Gandhi National Open University respectively and holds Master’s in Psychology from Alagappa University. She possesses more than 25 years of teaching experience and had functioned as Head of the Department of Hindi and handled Mathematics for nearly 18 years. She is a dedicated teacher and devoted educator who envisaged into integrated teaching practices for enriching the students’ potential and developing a rapport with them for effective learning. Apart from teaching, she has contributed thoroughly for fostering and promoting the Scout and Guide Team. She has participated and successfully completed ‘Himalayan Wood Badge’ course at National Training Centre, Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh and completed her Pre-ALT in State Training Centre, Coonoor, Tamil Nadu. As Guides Captain, she had trained the Scouts and Guides for bagging the prestigious Rajya Puraskar and Rashtrapathi Awards. She holds memberships in many professional and academic bodies, which includes the renowned National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (NFED), Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Also, she has been conferred as one of the NFED’s Distinguished Fellows on January 2026 for a period of two years. She is the recipient of the Senior Woman Educator Award, Lifetime Achievement Award and Outstanding Educator & Administrator Award from NFED in its National Women’s Day 2019, National Teachers’ Day 2023 and Global Conclave on Sustainable Development & 38^th Integrated National Awards 2025 respectively. Also, she is the recipient of Kalabhushan Award for Social awareness and Best Organizer Award by Kalabharati Child Art Development Institute, Pune, Maharashtra. In commemorating her laudable contributions to student welfare activities and academic administration towards upbringing the education development, she has been bestowed with the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award in the Global Conclave on Sustainable Development & 39^th Integrated National Awards organized by NFED on March 2026. Also, she has received the Best Teacher Award from Dr. Muthulakshmi Reddy Women’s Association (Central Branch of WIA) on July 2026. She is the Trustee / Presidium Member of NFED Trust, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Presently, she is the Headmistress of Gnanodaya High School, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu, wherein she is rendering her academic administrative services towards the upliftment of socially oppressed children.

Dr. C. R. Manjula has more than 18 years of teaching and research experience. She has earned her M.A. and M.Phil. from Queen Mary’s College, Chennai and PhD in Tamil Literature from Presidency College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Her literary contributions extend from Prose, Poetry, Essay, Novel, Magazine Articles, Literary Debates, Review Works, Radio & Television Speeches, Discourses, YouTube Interviews, etc. Her notable works include Ilakkiya Ula (Essay), Kadhal Markkam (Poetry), Aazhkadal Muthu (Essay), Vazhai Ilai (Haiku), Kan Simittum Kakithangal (Review), Samuga Paniyil Our Sagaptham (History), Eeram Illatha Mazhai (Poetry) to name a few. She is a social activist and contributed enormously to women empowerment. She has received various awards and accolades including the ‘Young Educator & Scholar Award’ and ‘Senior Educator & Scholar Award’ from National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (NFED), Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu in its 9^th and 15^th National Teacher’s Day Awards conducted in 2018 and 2024 respectively. Also, she bagged the coveted ‘Velunachiyar Award’ in 2022, ‘Tiruppur Sakthi Award’ and ‘Asiriya Chemmal Award’ in 2023, etc. She is the Trustee / Presidium Member of NFED Trust, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Currently, she is working as Assistant Professor and Head in the Department of Tamil at Madras School of Social Work (MSSW), Egmore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Mr. Jaswin Kumar N R has earned his Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering from Government College of Technology (GCT), Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. He is active in application learning techniques and software development. He started his social career as a volunteer in National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (NFED), Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. He served as facilitator and event anchor to national events organized under NFED since 2017. He has been appointed as the Youth Facilitator on 5^th September 2018 by the Presidium of NFED for his diligent efforts and remarkable contribution towards facilitating NFED’s national events. Besides these aforementioned roles, he has been frequently engaged in designing flyers, brochures, promotion materials, etc. along with hosting and mobilizing NFED’s National and International Webinars, Web Conferences and Publications since May 2020. He has earned numerous Technical and IT certifications to his credit and conscientiously supports NFED to achieve its mission and sustenance across the globe. In recognizing his youth potential and significant contributions, he has been appointed as Honorary Deputy Technical Head of NFED on 27^th August 2020 and upon his impeccable services he has been elevated as the Honorary Technical Head & Advisor from 27^th August 2023 onwards. In commemorating his meticulous services, he has been inducted to function as the Trustee / Presidium Member of NFED Trust, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Currently, he is serving as DevOps Engineer at C1X AdTech Private Ltd. at Okkiyam Thuraipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
